SUPER BUFFET

Located in Ocala, Florida, Super Buffet opened its doors in 2002 and is known for its fresh buffet, which holds more than 100 different food selections. The restaurant is 8,000 square feet and has the capacity to hold up to 200 diners.

The buffet bars are filled with an incredible variety of American-style Chinese cuisine, including everything from the popular General Tso’s Chicken, Chicken with Broccoli and Coconut Shrimp to fried foods such as Fried Wontons, and Fried Chicken, to sushi and even juicy steak! No matter what type of food customers are in the mood for, they are sure to be satisfied at Super Buffet with the large selection of food available in the buffets. Owner Mr. Zheng especially boasts about their version of Lemon Chicken. The dexterous chef makes this dish a harmonious concoction of color, flavor, taste and presentation.

In addition to the more popular foods, there is also room in Super Buffet to offer a selection of healthy dishes as well. For health conscious people, Mr. Zheng recommends a plethora of fresh vegetables and multiple tofu dishes available. Customers are also more than welcome to request dishes that are not in the buffet, according to their dietary needs. The kitchen will gladly steam or boil dishes upon request. In addition, Super Buffet prepares all of their food with 100% vegetable oil and without MSG.
